When you book a Leadership Clarity Session or Discovery Call, you may be asked to provide:

Payments

4. Google Forms, Google Sheets, Gmail & Microsoft 365

The Conflict Mastery Leadership Assessment is administered through Google Forms. When you complete the assessment, the information you provide, including your full name, email address, and assessment responses, is submitted through Google Forms.

Your assessment responses are accessible to Maya through the associated Google Sheet. Maya reviews the information and assessment responses as part of preparing your personalized assessment results and, where applicable, supporting your Leadership Clarity Session.

Personalized assessment results are sent to you by email through Gmail. The results email also provides information and access to book your complimentary Leadership Clarity Session with Maya.

Google and Microsoft may process information in connection with their respective services in accordance with their own privacy practices and terms.

We use these services as part of administering the assessment, preparing and communicating assessment results, scheduling and supporting the Leadership Clarity Session, and providing related leadership services.

Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your assessment responses unless it is necessary for your request.

5. Setmore & Google Meet

Leadership Clarity Sessions and Discovery Calls are scheduled through Setmore. When you book a session, the information you provide through the booking process may include your full name, email address, phone number, and any optional comments you choose to provide.

These details are used to arrange and manage your scheduled session and to communicate with you regarding the appointment.

Online sessions are conducted through Google Meet using Maya's Google/Gmail services.

Setmore and Google may independently collect or process information in connection with their services. Their respective privacy policies and terms apply to information processed directly by those platforms.

We use these platforms only as necessary to schedule, communicate about, and conduct your requested sessions.

6. Payment Information

We offer several payment methods for our services, including OMT, Western Union, and Whish Money.
